How do I create a group?
Tap "Create Group" on the main screen, enter a group name, set your travel distance, and share the 6-digit code or QR code with your friends. They can join by entering the code or scanning the QR.
How do I join a group?
You can join in three ways: 1) Tap "Join Group" and enter the 6-digit code, 2) Scan the QR code, or 3) Click an invite link shared via WhatsApp, Messages, or any messaging app.
What happens when we get a match?
When all group members like the same destination, you'll see a celebration animation! You can then view destination details, check travel offers, or continue swiping to find more matches.
How does distance filtering work?
Set your travel radius from 50km to 30,000km (entire world). The app shows only destinations within your chosen distance. In groups, the creator sets the distance for everyone. Transport icons show if you can drive 🚗, take a train 🚂, or need to fly ✈️.
Is my location shared with others?
No! We only use your location to calculate distances to destinations. We use city-level accuracy (about 10km resolution) and never share your precise location with other users or third parties.
Can I use the app without location access?
Yes, but distance filtering won't work. You'll see all destinations regardless of distance. We recommend allowing location access for the best experience.

Troubleshooting

Can't join a group?

  • Check that the 6-digit code is correct
  • Make sure the group hasn't been deleted
  • Verify you're signed in to your account
  • Try scanning the QR code instead of typing the code

Not seeing matches?

  • All group members must like the same destination for a match
  • Make sure everyone is actively swiping
  • Check your internet connection - real-time sync requires connectivity

Distance slider not working?

  • In group mode, only the creator can change the distance
  • Members see the group distance but can't modify it
  • Leave the group to restore your personal distance settings

Images not loading?

  • Check your internet connection
  • Images are loaded from Unsplash - ensure you have data/WiFi
  • Try closing and reopening the app
